Baitali Pavement Testing & Technologies N.V. (BPTT) is a certified research laboratory (quality management system: NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015) offering services in the field of road construction and other related areas. BPTT provides geotechnical engineering and material testing on all types of materials ranging from asphalt, binders, aggregates, soils and other (un)bound materials, all the way through the cycle of a road construction project.
PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE SERVICES
Preliminary design phase services include field and laboratory testing of the existing pavement layers and of the materials to be used in the final design.
PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control inspection and material testing during asphalt production and production of other plant mixes.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
Construction phase services include quality control inspection and material sampling on unbound and bound pavement layers during construction (field density measurements, etc).
DELIVERY SERVICES
Final delivery phase services include quality testing on the compacted unbound and bound pavement layers (field density measurements, core drillings, etc.)

We carry out probings to a dept of 30 m.

BPTT has its central laboratory located in Paramaribo and furthermore has a dependence at Nickerie (Henar). All the laboratories are well equipped to execute field and laboratory testing on a wide variety of materials. The test equipment is delivered by internationally renowned suppliers and is calibrated in accordance with the international calibration standards.
